Shipping & Deliveries

At Sowfresh, we make sure that your orders reach you in time. For this we are associated with trusted shipping partners who work 24/7 to help us ship packages as quickly as possible. There are some facts related to our shipping policy that you must be aware of before placing an order with us.

Shipping Charges (UAE):
1. 20 AED on all orders having order value 200 AED
2. Free Shipping on all orders having order value above 200 AED

Shipping Charges (International):
1. We use multiple shipping partners to ensure the best and lowest rates (Shipping is Charged on actuals)

*International shipping is possible. The number of days for delivery can increase due to delay in customs processing at the destination country.

*Some destination countries charge customs on the shipments. All customs charges, local taxes and delivery company`s processing fees for clearing customs is to be borne by the customer.

Cash On Delivery (COD):


All the orders that we ship are carefully packed so that the product retains its quality and reaches you in good shape. We make sure your order is sealed and discreet.

At Sowfresh we take Hygiene very seriously.  All bottles are sanitised & sealed by machines in a leak proof packing. Our bottling unit is certified as per the highest international standards of Quality. We also ensure that the outer shipping boxes are fully sealed. 

Tampered, Damaged or Opened Packages:
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at +91 88260 04406‬ or email us at

Return/Refund Policy

Being a food product we do not offer Returns. In a rare case if you do not like a product, please get in touch with us via email & we shall be glad to help you.

    Cancel the order?

    If for any reason you want to cancel the order, it can be done until the order is processed. Please email us at to cancel your order. If the order is processed/shipped, we cannot cancel the order. In case you reject a COD order, we will not be able to offer you COD service on subsequent orders in future.
